Jeanine began her career in finance at GE. She developed a specialization in operations and project management, honed in roles at Deloitte, Groupon, and Uber. As a proud Latina immigrant, Jeanine has led several Diversity & Inclusion campaigns for the tech sector.

Shani is an experienced Workforce Development leader with a background in nonprofit development, community engagement, and customized training. A proud born and raised New Yorker, Shani is passionate about supporting youth experiencing barriers to rewarding career employment.

Shaylene brings nearly two years of experience in the tech sector working at a high-growth startup in digital onboarding and her experience as a KindWork graduate to her role. Shaylene is a proud Afro-Latina and lifelong New Yorker with a passion for helping underestimated young adults succeed in their careers.

Tiye brings nine years of experience as a tech and education industry professional dedicated to empowering students on their academic journeys. As KindWork's Lead Instructor, she creates inclusive environments that champion innovative approaches to learning. Tiye is passionate about unlocking each student's full potential, firmly believing that education opens doors to endless possibilities.

Stephanie brings ten years of tech sector experience in customer support and operations roles, coaching and leading high-performing teams. As a Bronx native, she is passionate about building a more diverse tech sector and supporting underserved New Yorkers transitioning to roles in tech.

Matthew is the Head of Tax at HarnessWealth. Previously he was an operations leader at WeWork, Uber, and Goldman Sachs.
